What is EDI?

At SCC, EDI is the effort to eliminate barriers to growth and opportunity in order to allow students and employees to contribute their full measure of talent and to build their capacity to deliver innovative, effective, and culturally relevant services to all.

Some colleges and organizations use the acronym DEI for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, or some other combination of the same words or acronyms, but it means the same thing.

SCC EDI Resources

Spokane Community College's Center for Inclusion and Diversity website provides EDI resources on campus and a list of clubs for students to join.
