1. Who?

• Who created the information?

• What are their credentials or qualifications?

  What do we know about the author(s)' worldview, perspectives, and biases?

2. What?

• What is the purpose of the information?

• Consider whether it is intended to inform, educate, persuade, entertain, sell, etc.?
• At what audience is the information aimed?

3. When?

• Is the information appropriately current for your need?
